For the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) we curated a large setup. In the the prestigious Gold Room at Milan’s congress center. Crafting an unparalleled audiovisual congress, we meticulously designed a bespoke full white projection screen, enveloping the space in an immersive experience.
Encompassing two 12x5m gracefully curved side screens, a central 9x5m display, and seamlessly integrated connection elements, a continuous visual narrative captivated delegates. Our purpose-built L-Acoustic audio system was precisely calibrated, enhancing the immersive ambiance.
Deliberate stagelighting design, adhering to our exacting standards, ensured impeccable visibility of the speakers. Employing 18 effect lights, 62 Washlights, and a subtle haze, Fiera Milano’s Gold Room transformed into an unparalleled showcase of audiovisual splendor for up to 2500 delegates.
For many years, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) relies on the innovative technical solutions of jm|audiovisual. For the 2023 event, hall A3 at Hamburg Messe presented a unique challenge given the presence of columns that disrupted the traditional layout, hindering the setup of the designated seating and stage within the confined space.
Innovatively pivoting the room orientation by 90 degrees unlocked the potential to accommodate the specified number of seats within the 100x40m area, ingeniously utilizing our soundproof Raumbau room building system.
Harnessing creativity, we adorned the expansive 100m length with three impressive 19x6m projection screens, embellished by a stunning array of 72 LED-bars, transforming the space into an immersive, grand stage. The ambiance was meticulously curated through an ensemble of 30 effect lights, over 70 Washlights, and a subtle haze.
Precision-engineered, our tailor-made L-Acoustic audio system seamlessly delivered crystal-clear transitions, ensuring impeccable sound quality for the 2500 seating positions, enhancing every spoken word from the stage to the farthest corner of the room.
For the German Society of Neurology (DGN) in 2023, our vision materialized into a captivating setting featuring a meticulously crafted semicircular white stage adorned with an expansive 80 sqm LED Wall. Elevating the experience, the LED Wall, ingeniously positioned at stage level, seamlessly merged the orators with the dynamic visual narrative.
Flanking this immersive setup, two bespoke full white projection screens artfully complemented the central display, ensuring optimal visibility and enriching the visual landscape.
Precision-tuned to perfection, our L-Acoustic audio system ensured impeccable sound quality, amplifying the presenters’ voices with unparalleled clarity, reaching every corner of the venue.
The ambiance was meticulously curated with an ensemble of 10 effect lights and 14 wash lights, weaving a tapestry of stunning illumination that encapsulated the event in an unforgettable atmosphere.
The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) is the organiser of Europe’s largest scientific conference in it’s field. Driven by a quest for fresh challenges, we embraced the opportunity to craft an unparalleled experience for ESCRS 2023. Our innovative approach materialised in the form of a Boxing ring, transformed into a vibrant arena for medical debates center stage. Much akin to the intensity of a boxing match, we suspended microphones from the ceiling, seamlessly integrating them into the speakers’ attire.
The pivotal discussion points were dynamically showcased on three projection screens strategically positioned above the sides of the Boxing ring. Setting the backdrop, ethereal white gauze, brought to life by the interplay of 50 effect lights and 70 LED-Bars, merged the traditionally open stage with the intimacy of a conventional audience room. This fusion seamlessly blended the dynamics of a stage with the inclusive ambiance of a typical audience space, creating a truly immersive and distinctive setting for the discussions.
